WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept two primary payment methods:

Pay securely with your PayPal account. PayPal also supports eligible Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Credit or Debit Card

You may pay directly at checkout using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Comuxise does not directly store your complete card or bank account information.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

If your card uses another currency, your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount using its applicable exchange rate. Additional currency-conversion or international transaction fees may apply.

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS?

We offer a three-installment payment option when available. You can select this option during checkout.

Availability depends on your location, order amount, and payment provider. Four-installment payments are not currently supported.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you notice an error after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us immediately.

We can only modify orders before shipment. Once your package has been dispatched, we cannot change the items, quantity, shipping address, or payment information.

WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you have not received your confirmation email:

* Check your spam or junk folder
* Confirm that you entered the correct email address
* Sign in to your account to view your order
* Contact customer support for assistance
